Our Team
Caitlin Black
Caitlin is a neurodiversity-affirming, gender-inclusive, and sincere professional who provides active guidance and is results oriented when treating mental health concerns. Her expertise often involves working with gen z and millennials to become aware of blind spots and thought patterns that may influence self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions. These important areas of our lives can be analyzed and treated with evidence-based strategies to resolve mental health concerns successfully.
Caitlin also works with a diverse range of individuals who may be single/sole parents; same-sex couples, pansexual, polyamorous, open relationships, cis-gendered or heterosexual. She approaches clients with honesty and transparency about what they can expect to gain from therapy.
Dr. Bourne, ND

She emphasizes the significance of nutrition, lifestyle, and injury prevention to seek this change. Dr. Bourne helps her patients understand their bodies so they can continue to reach their full potential.
Her services include integrative treatment strategies to support mental health conditions or neurodevelopmental diagnosis. Her work enhances pre-existing healthcare services such as psychotherapeutic services, pharmaceutical treatments, and many other healthcare disciplines.
My main specialties include supporting an "equal give and take" in relational dynamics, and navigating burnout in the workplace, university institutions or within family contexts. My scope of experience also serves those navigating complex PTSD, recovery from emotional abuse, generalized anxiety disorder, and ADHD coaching.
