We are seeking a third partner/co-founder and licensed healthcare practitioner for our a health and wellness collective.
Practitioners benefit from shared resources, professional networking, and peer collaboration, which not only enhances individual growth but also strengthens the practice as a whole. This supportive environment allows practitioners to navigate challenges with confidence, knowing they are part of a team that prioritizes collective well-being.
We are particularly interested in practitioners who have an established client following or private practice/clinic work but have felt isolated and are seeking a shared professional community / and are able to cover their own office rent. However, for the right individual, we are happy to provide support in building their caseload and offering referrals, operating on a 40% split until they can independently manage their rent and no longer expense a percent split business model. This flexibility ensures we can ensure dedication towards our values that every practitioner’s voice is important, valued, driving collective growth and success.
Each office has a window. Shared waiting room, full kitchen and ground floor bathrooms.
Expected Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care to clients in your field of expertise, adhering to ethical and professional standards.

Collaborate with other practitioners to sustain marketing strategies which include shared delegation of social media management, newsletter, website announcements, etc with the potential to consider joint work shops if applicable

Contribute to creating a supportive, inclusive, and professional environment for all clients and colleagues.

Manage your own client scheduling, billing, and documentation in accordance with your license guidelines.

Attributes, Experience and Qualifications

Licensed health practitioner in your respective field (e.g., RMT, Osteopath, Registered Nurse Practitioner, etc)

Strong self awareness + interpersonal awareness, and healthy communication skills

Willingness to participate in collective clinic management, and business development

Alignment with the cooperative model and a shared vision of community-centered care.

Experience or interest in participating in creative business development and contributing to a cooperative team dynamic.
